Privé Lounge is a premium men's grooming and wellness destination located in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. The business combines traditional grooming with modern wellness and personal care services, offering a premium experience under its philosophy, "In the Right Hands."
Through LogicBloom, I worked on the planning, architectural design, development, and deployment of Privé's digital business ecosystem. The project involved building a professional online presence, adapting our proprietary business management platform to the client's operations, and connecting the applications to LogicBloom's cloud infrastructure.
Unlike a conventional website development project, Privé required an integrated approach that connected business requirements, software engineering, cloud services, and everyday operational workflows.
Understanding the Business & Gathering Requirements
The project began with understanding Privé's business model, its operational structure, and the challenges associated with managing a service-oriented establishment.
Working with the business stakeholders, we gathered functional requirements, studied existing and expected workflows, and identified the essential capabilities required for daily operations. Particular attention was given to sales processing, employee responsibilities, inventory tracking, payment management, and managerial reporting.
These requirements were translated into software specifications, application workflows, and implementation priorities.
An important aspect of this process was avoiding unnecessary complexity. Although an ERP platform can support extensive enterprise functionality, Privé needed a solution that was practical for its employees and appropriate for the scale of its operations.
The system was designed around the business's actual needs, combining structured requirements analysis with continuous stakeholder feedback to create an operationally practical solution.
BloomERP — Customized Business Management Platform
At the center of the ecosystem is BloomERP for Privé, a lightweight implementation of LogicBloom's proprietary ERP and business management platform.
Rather than developing a completely separate application, we adapted BloomERP's existing architectural foundations and business capabilities to fit Privé's operational requirements.
The resulting platform brings together point-of-sale transactions, sales and purchasing, inventory and warehouse management, payment workflows, financial records, professional performance reporting, and administrative controls.
One of the main priorities was ensuring that these functions operated as part of a connected business system instead of independent modules requiring repetitive data entry.
From the user's perspective, the application needed to remain straightforward and efficient, especially during busy service hours. This led to continued refinement of the interface and workflows based on feedback from the people using the system.
Application Technology
The backend was developed using ASP.NET Core and C#, supported by PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core for relational data persistence.
The frontend was built using React, TypeScript, and Vite, with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui forming the UI foundation.
The application follows a modular architecture with reusable components, clearly organized business functionality, and centralized API communication. These principles help maintain consistency across the platform and support future changes without unnecessary duplication.
BloomERP for Privé demonstrates how a general-purpose business management platform can be customized for a specific industry while maintaining a consistent technology foundation and a user-focused experience.
Public Website & Brand Experience
Alongside the management application, we developed Privé's official website using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
The website was designed to reflect the lounge's premium identity while providing visitors with a polished digital experience. Its visual design, content presentation, navigation, and responsive layouts were developed to complement the brand's physical environment.
The application supports multilingual experiences, including English and Kurdish Sorani, with consideration for right-to-left content and localization.
Technical work also included search engine optimization, structured metadata, responsive design, and production deployment.
The public website operates independently from the internal business management platform, allowing both applications to evolve according to their respective requirements.

Cloud Infrastructure & Application Hosting
An important part of the project was integrating Privé's applications with LogicBloom's own cloud infrastructure.
Rather than establishing a dedicated infrastructure environment exclusively for Privé, the application was deployed using LogicBloom's existing infrastructure foundation, which we engineered to support our software products and client solutions.
Our infrastructure uses Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Linux-based server environments, with Docker providing containerized application hosting. Managed database services support application persistence, while secure networking and application delivery technologies connect the hosted services.
For Privé, my responsibilities included preparing the application for cloud deployment, configuring its runtime environment, managing connectivity between services, and ensuring compatibility with the infrastructure's hosting architecture.
This approach allowed the business application to benefit from a centralized infrastructure environment maintained by LogicBloom, while keeping infrastructure administration and operational responsibilities within our engineering workflow.
Privé's business application is hosted through LogicBloom's own cloud infrastructure, using containerized services and managed database technologies. This approach allows us to centrally manage application hosting, deployment, and ongoing technical operations.
CDN & Media Infrastructure
To support efficient delivery of digital assets, the ecosystem was integrated with LogicBloom's Cloudflare-based CDN and object storage infrastructure.
This infrastructure provides a centralized approach to managing and delivering images and other application media without depending entirely on the application server.
For a business management system that frequently displays product images and visual content, efficient media delivery is important for interface responsiveness and resource utilization.
The CDN integration separates media delivery responsibilities from the primary application runtime, allowing each part of the ecosystem to serve its intended purpose.
The result is a more maintainable approach to asset handling, built on infrastructure that can also support other LogicBloom projects.
Deployment & DevOps
The development process was supported by automated build and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Docker, and container-based delivery practices.
These workflows help maintain consistency between development and production environments while reducing repetitive manual deployment tasks.
My responsibilities covered preparing applications for deployment, maintaining their compatibility with the hosting infrastructure, configuring the necessary application environments, and supporting production updates.
Because the platform continued to evolve after its initial launch, having a structured deployment process was an important part of maintaining the system and delivering improvements.
Engineering Challenges & Practical Decisions
One of the most significant challenges was translating business operations into a technical solution that remained both capable and easy to use.
A conventional ERP interface could have introduced too much complexity for employees whose primary responsibilities involve serving customers rather than operating administrative software.
This required continuous communication with stakeholders, evaluation of actual usage patterns, and adjustments to the application's workflows.
Another important challenge was coordinating several different technologies and environments. The public website, management frontend, backend API, database, and media services each have different responsibilities, yet they must collectively provide a coherent user experience.
The project also required balancing maintainability with practical development effort. Reusable components, modular organization, and established engineering conventions helped keep the software manageable as new requirements emerged.
These decisions were informed not only by software architecture principles but also by the realities of deploying and supporting an application used in a functioning business.
Outcome & Project Significance
Privé represents a complete software engineering engagement, beginning with requirements collection and extending through application development, infrastructure integration, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
The project delivered a multilingual public website and a customized business management platform covering essential operational and administrative processes.
It also demonstrated the practical application of BloomERP, LogicBloom's proprietary business software, within a real service-oriented business.
By connecting the applications to LogicBloom's own infrastructure and media delivery services, we established a consistent technical environment for operating and maintaining the solution.
From a personal engineering perspective, the project brought together business analysis, full-stack development, software architecture, cloud engineering, DevOps, and production support.
More importantly, it demonstrated the value of designing technology around actual business requirements and refining it through direct operational feedback.
