LogicBloom — Cloud & DevOps Infrastructure

LogicBloom maintains its own application infrastructure to support software products and selected client solutions. I worked on building and operating this technical foundation alongside application development.

The objective was to establish a practical hosting environment that the team could manage directly, rather than treating every new product as an isolated deployment with unrelated operational requirements.

Planning the Infrastructure

Infrastructure decisions were informed by application requirements, operational costs, compatibility, and ongoing maintenance needs.

The environment uses Linux-based cloud compute on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with Docker for application packaging and runtime management. Managed data services complement the application hosting environment where appropriate.

This is shared LogicBloom infrastructure; Privé is one of the client projects that benefits from it.

Application Delivery

Part of the engineering work involved creating repeatable build and deployment processes using GitHub Actions and container-based release practices.

The focus was on making application delivery more consistent, reducing routine manual work, and ensuring that development changes could be introduced through an organized operational process.

CDN & Media Services

The platform also uses Cloudflare for related web infrastructure and media delivery. Connecting object storage and content delivery to hosted applications provides a more consistent approach to serving assets without tightly coupling them to the main application runtime.

Infrastructure as a Shared Capability

Rather than building an unrelated server setup for each project, the infrastructure was developed as a common LogicBloom capability supporting multiple applications and ongoing engineering work.

Engineering Experience

This project combines software development with Linux administration, cloud resource planning, containerization, application delivery, and production support.

The work reinforced the value of infrastructure that remains understandable and maintainable as the number of applications grows. Sensitive configuration, topology, deployment credentials, and internal procedures are intentionally omitted.
